He has extensive knowledge about the Nordic property market and has among other things been the initiator of the establishment of the Norwegian property companies Oslo Areal, Norgani Hotels, Norwegian Property and Scandinavian Property Development, which all have been subsequently listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange. Joined SEB Enskilda in 2004 and became CEO and board member of Pangea Property Partners in 2009.

Even Bratsberg

Cand. Jur title from the University of Oslo

12 years of experience as a lawyer in Norway’s leading law firm, Thommessen, of which six years as partner. Even Bratsberg has wide-ranging experience in advising on mergers, demergers, acquisitions, bond issues, IPO's and other capital market transactions, as well as syndicated loans and structured finance.  Even joined SEB Enskilda in 2007 and became Director and board member of Pangea Property Partners in 2009.

Property agent and founder of Lundberg & Partners Property Consultants. In Pangea Thure Lundberg is the Chairman of the board. He has 34 years of property transactions experience including all sectors in the Swedish market.

Olof Johansson
Director & Partner

MSc in Engineering, Real Estate Economics, Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm.

Olof has been involved in numerous property and corporate transactions. Prior to Pangea Olof has been employed and held leading positions within Skanska for 16 years, and has 23 years of experience from different lines of businesses within properties. He initiated a team and was responsible for project investments in the Nordics. He successfully undertook a wide range of developments and investments in Stockholm, Copenhagen, Gothenburg and Malmö. Olof has been engaged in the Pangea as partner since 2002 (in formerly Lundberg & Partners as CEO).

Christian Winther
CFO

M.Sc. in Business Administration from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration, Bergen and Certified European Financial Analyst (CEFA) authorized by the Norwegian Society of Financial Analysts.

Christian has 10 years of experience as CFO and Partner with Teknoinvest – a highly recognized Norwegian Venture Capital-firm.  Prior to this, Christian has experience from PricewaterhouseCoopers where he was employed in Assurance and Business Advisory Services auditing larger Norwegian financial institutions, mutual funds and venture funds. Christian joined Pangea as CFO in 2010.

Joakim Arvius

MSc in Engineering, Real Estate Economics, Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm.

15 years of property experience, mainly within property transactions. Joakim has been employed at Skanska, AP Fastigheter and HSH Nordbank. At AP Fastigheter he was head of transactions for Stockholm and responsible for more than 20 property transactions. Since joining the firm in 2006 he has been involved various transactions and is now a Partner of the company.

Joachim Bentserud Wingerei

MSc in Business Administration from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration, Bergen.

Two years specialisation in financial economics. Six years as an equity research analyst at Kaupthing, Alfred Berg and ABG Sundal Collier. Since joining the SEB Enskilda property team Joachim has been highly involved in a large number of property transactions and reconstructuring of several companies. Joined SEB Enskilda in 2005 and became Director and Partner at Pangea Property Partners in 2009.

Andreas Birgersson

MSc in Engineering, Real Estate Economics, Lund University, Economics Uppsala University.

Andreas has 10 years of experience from property transactions. He joined the firm in 1999 and became partner in 2006. Andreas has been involved in numerous transactions in the Swedish property market.

André Lundberg

MSc in Business and Economics and studies, University of Stockholm and the Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm.

André has 14 years of experience from the Swedish property market. Since joining the firm1997 André became partner 2006. André is one of the founders of Pangea Property Partners.

Håvard A. Nustad
Director & Partner

MSc in Business Administration from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration, Bergen, followed by specialization in finance at NHH´s PhD programme (Høyere Avdelings eksamen).

Project manager and head of acquisitions in ABB Norsk Kabel for five years, vice president Corporate Finance for three years at Orkla Finans (Fondsmegling), executive vice president in Steen & Strøm for five years and 11 years as managing partner of DTZ in Norway. He has extensive knowledge about the Norwegian and Nordic property market, having acted both as advisor (Orkla Finans and DTZ) and as corporate investor (Steen & Strøm) for close to 18 years, and has initiated and worked on some of the largest real estate transactions in Norway.

Jonatan B Raknes
Director & Partner

MSc in Business and Economics from the Norwegian School of Management (BI), Oslo.

Jonatan has experience from PricewaterhouseCoopers where he was employed in Assurance and Business Advisory Services auditing large publicly and governmentally owned companies. Jonatan has experience in IPO’s, ECM and M&A transactions from during his time in SEB Enskilda. Jonatan joined SEB Enskilda in 2007 and became Associate and Partner in 2009.

Mikael Söderlundh

MSc in Business and Economics, with specialisation in Corporate Finance, from Stockholm School of Economics.

Prior to joining Pangea, Mikael worked with capital and property market transactions at Leimdörfer for six years. Mikael was responsible for the firm’s research platform and strategic advisory business area. In recent years, he has been speaking at many property seminars. Mikael joined Pangea in 2011.

Victor Anderkvist

MSc in Engineering (Industrial Finance) from Luleå University of Technology.

Victor has previously been employed as a business and product manager in the telecom industry, mainly with focus on services for the real estate sector. Victor joined the firm in 2007.

Thomas Andersson
Associate

MSc in Business and Economics from Handelshögskolan in Gothenburg.

Prior joining Pangea Thomas was employed at Jones Lang LaSalle Corporate Finance in London for four years. At Jones Lang LaSalle he has been involved in property related M&A transactions and equity/debt raisings across the European market. Thomas joined Pangea in 2010.

Fredrik Berlin
Associate

MSc in Real Estate Investment and Finance, Cass Business School, London. Authorised by the UK Financial Service Authority.

Fredrik has four years of property and capital markets experience from London where he was employed by Jones Lang LaSalle Corporate Finance. He has participated in equity and debt raisings in the UK, Germany and the Netherlands for a number of property vehicles, both private and institutional capital. In addition, he has been involved in the disposal of the property arm of Serven Trent (FTSE 250) and invested equity for an opportunistic fund called DevCap. Fredrik joined Pangea in 2010.

Caroline has previously been employed by a publishing firm and an advertising agency. Caroline joined the firm in 2008.

Master of Science in Business and Economics, finance major, Stockholm University.

Andreas has also studied finance and entrepreneurship at UWA Business School in Perth, Australia.

Fredrik Haug Andersen
Associate

MSc in Economics and Business Administration from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH).

Fredrik has previously worked as an analyst in Accenture (2006-2007), and more recently in the Handelsbanken Corporate Finance department in Oslo (2007-2011), where he has been involved in several transactions in different sectors. Fredrik joined Pangea Property Partners in August 2011.

Ellen joined the firm in 2009.

Erik Høvik

MSc in Economics and Business Administration from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration (NHH), majoring in Financial Economics.  Erik is also a Certified Portfolio Manager.

He has previously worked as an asset manager in the investment department at Vital Eiendom (2008-2011) and as a financial analyst at Statoil (2007-2008). Erik joined Pangea in October 2011.

Monica has previously worked at Carnegie Investment Bank (2001-2010) as receptionist/conference hostess. Monica joined Pangea in 2011.

Previous employers include NCC Fastigheter, Securum/Castellum and Kungsleden. Sven-Arne has been employed at the firm since 2000.

Education in Media and Public Relations at Karlstad University.

Prior Pangea, she was employed as a train stewardess at SJ for two years. Anna joined the firm in 2009.

Has prior to Pangea been employed as a financial assistant at Fritidsresor for four years and as a tour guide for three years. Sandra joined the firm in 2004.

Jenny has previous experience in Corporate Finance from Icecapital Securities. Jenny joined the firm in 2011.

Magnus has ten years of experience from the Swedish property market. He has worked at Skanska and Erik Olsson Fastighetsförmedling. Magnus has been involved in various transactions in the Swedish property market. Magnus joined the firm in 2008.

Olof has experience in project development and property portfolio analysis. Olof has been employed at the firm since 2005.

Sofie has also studied real estate at National University of Singapore. She has previous experience from internships at Catella Corporate Finance and DTZ Sweden.

Sina has previously been employed by SEB Enskilda as an assistant at the Equity Research Department. From 2003 she worked as an assistant for the Managing Director/CEO and the Corporate Finance team. Since beginning of 2009 she  worked at the Administration/Personal Department.

Joachim S. Tangen
Analyst

MSc in Finance and Strategic Management from Copenhagen Business School.

Joachim has previous experience from a private equity firm in China. He has supported his education by studying at EM Lyon and University of San Francisco. In addition Joachim has completed internships with several financial institutions such as Pareto Securities, SEB Merchant Bank and Fearnley Finance. Joachim joined Pangea in 2011.

Tore Tangvall Aasen
Director

Tore holds a M.A. in Economics from The University of St Andrews and has a second lieutenant degree from the Norwegian Coastal Artillery.

Before joining Pangea, Tore worked from 2007 as Relationship Manager for corporate clients for The Royal Bank of Scotland. Prior to this he worked at GE Capital Solutions, structuring secured lending transactions. Tore has experience from coordinating a range of capital markets projects, as well as risk management, debt restructuring and strategic advisory on a Nordic and international level. Joined Pangea in 2010.

Sara Vesterlund

Sara has previously undertaken administration and transactions at AP Fastigheter. Sara joined the firm in 2005. Currently on parental leave.
