Strategic advisory mandate

Pangea adviser to Östersund municipality when changing their real estate strategy.

Pangea Property Partners has conducted a comprehensive strategic analysis for the Swedish municipality Östersund throughout 2017/2018. Focus of the study has been to map the municipality’s total property holdings (spread across a number of different entities) and present a new and more efficient structure, both from a strategic and financial perspective. One of our key recommendations was to create a new large company (Östersundslokaler AB) responsible for all commercial properties, which the city council approved in mid-April. The new company will have a property portfolio with a total area of about 440,000 sqm.

In 2017/2018, Pangea has advised on more than 75 mandates across the Nordic region, including a number of strategic analyses for various public and private property owners.
