Acquisition of First Hotel Örebro
Pangea buy-side adviser to Västerkulla in another hotel deal.
Last week, it was announced that Västerkulla acquires Bageriet 2 in central Örebro from Klövern. The property has a lettable area of 3,100 sqm and includes First Hotel Örebro with 71 rooms. The hotel was recently upgraded and has a long lease agreement.
