Many large deals in Stockholm

In the last 12 months, Pangea has advised on six transactions in Stockholm with an underlying property value close to SEK 8 billion

Both sell-side and buy-side mandates including more than 300,000 sqm:

  • Adviser to Humlegården in the acquisition of office properties Bremen 2 and 4 in Frihamnen from Länsförsäkringar
  • Adviser to Profi Fastigheter in the sale of Bredden in Upplands Väsby to Alecta
  • Adviser to Union Investments in the acquisition of office property Smultronet 6 (HSB’s head office) in Kungsholmen from AFA Fastigheter
  • Adviser to Starwood and local partner Scius in the sale of office and light industrial property Åkerby 8 in Täby to Stendörren
  • Adviser to Profi Fastigheter in the sale of mixed-use property Jollen 4 in Näsbypark to a joint venture between Vasaparken and SBB
  • Adviser to Stendörren in the sale of office and light industrial property Veddesta 2:43 in Veddesta to Corem

In addition, we have done a number of various strategic advisory mandates. For example, we advised a Swedish institution on how to further develop and maximize values in a Stockholm business park.
